Shipping & Returns
We want all our customer to receive clean and unused products that are in excellent condition. Store credits will be issued if the product is returned in the same condition as it was purchased. There are no returns on Needlepoint Canvases. There will be store credits issued or a reschedule to a different class when there i a notification at a minimum of 24 hours in advance of class beginning.
There will be no refunds on shipping costs. If there is a return required when a product is ordered and shipped it is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the merchandise at their expense.
